What We Do
Pioneering the Future
of Photon-Counting Imaging

The global market for X-ray and gamma-ray imaging detectors is valued at $1.4 billion today and projected to reach $2.0 billion by 2030.
Our addressable market alone is expected to grow to $485 million by 2030, as adoption and market penetration of photon-counting technologies accelerate.

At Convergent Labs, we combine industrial expertise and proprietary crystal growth processes to manufacture CdTe detectors at scale, bringing laboratory-grade performance to real-world applications.

Technology Overview
Superior energy resolution for accurate photon counting
High radiation tolerance and stability even in demanding environments
Exceptional sensitivity and low noise performance
Customizable designs for diverse photon-counting applications
Building Toward MVP
We are currently raising seed funding to:
Equip and expand our laboratory for in-house detector fabrication and testing.
Manufacture and process our CdTe ingots using our own validated industrial process.
Achieve MVP within 6 months, ready for pilot integration with industry partners.
Our team combines decades of hands-on experience in crystal growth, semiconductor physics, and detector manufacturing. We have the industrial know-how to take CdTe detectors from prototype to production.

Collaboration & Partnerships
Collaboration is central to our approach. Whether you’re part of a research institution, industrial partner, or technology integrator, we’re open to partnerships that push the limits of imaging technology.
